Partnership Policies

Building Strategic Alliances for National and Continental Impact

At NASRDA / GBB Skill Empowerment Initiative, partnerships are the backbone of our mission to empower Africa’s youth, women, and grassroots communities with practical, future-ready skills.
This Partnership Policy outlines the principles, standards, and expectations guiding all collaborations with government bodies, NGOs, development agencies, corporate organizations, educational institutions, and cooperative societies that share our vision of inclusive growth and sustainable empowerment.

1. Purpose of the Partnership Policy

This policy ensures that every collaboration:

  • Aligns with NASRDA / GBB’s vision of youth empowerment and sustainable development.

  • Promotes transparency, accountability, and mutual respect.

  • Strengthens collective efforts to deliver impactful, skill-based programs across Nigeria and Africa.

  • Guarantees efficient coordination between all stakeholders.

2. Types of Partnerships

We recognize different partnership categories, each serving a unique role in our ecosystem:

a. Strategic Partners

b. Implementation Partners

c. Advocacy Partners

Groups, networks, and influencers that promote awareness, drive participation, and amplify NASRDA / GBB’s impact through media and community outreach.

d. Funding & Grant Partners

Public and private institutions that provide financial or material support to sustain ongoing and future empowerment programs.

e. Technical Partners

Experts, developers, and innovation-driven organizations that provide technology, e-learning solutions, or capacity-building tools for efficient training delivery.

All collaborations must adhere to the following guiding principles:

  • Transparency: Open communication, shared documentation, and clear reporting of roles, funding, and results.

  • Accountability: Every partner must maintain the highest standards of integrity and responsibility in all joint activities.

  • Inclusivity: Commitment to gender equality, youth participation, and equitable access for all social groups.

  • Sustainability: Focus on creating long-term impact rather than short-term visibility.
