Who We Are
Grassroot Bridge Builders (GBB), partnering with National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), National youth council of Nigeria (NYCN), Federal Department of corporative, NGOs, Corporative Societies, Limited Liability companies and private entities in Nigeria, working together to empower youths across Nigeria and Africa through world-class skill acquisition and digital training.
Our goal is to help young people learn high-value, in-demand skills from the comfort of their homes, earn recognized certificates of participation, and gain the knowledge needed to start their own businesses.

How It Works
The NASRDA / GBB Skill Empowerment Initiative is built on a simple, transparent, and result-driven model designed to help participants learn, grow, and prosper.
Our process ensures that every youth, regardless of location or background, can easily register, learn valuable skills, and access real opportunities for empowerment.
Step 1: Registration
Interested participants begin by creating an account on the official NASRDA / GBB e-learning platform. Registration is open to all Nigerian and African youths who are eager to learn practical, high-value skills that can transform their lives.
Step 2: Course Selection
After registration, learners can browse a variety of skill acquisition programs across digital, technical, vocational, and entrepreneurial fields. Each course is designed with flexible schedules, practical lessons, and expert guidance.
Step 3: Online Learning
Participants gain full access to our interactive online classrooms, featuring video tutorials, downloadable materials, assignments, and assessments. Learning can be done anytime, anywhere — using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Step 4: Evaluation & Certification
At the end of each training, learners are assessed through short projects or quizzes. Successful participants receive a Certificate of Participation jointly issued by NASRDA and GBB, validating their newly acquired skills.
Step 5: Mentorship & Guidance
Graduates are paired with experienced mentors and professionals who provide business guidance, project support, and ongoing career development advice.
Step 6: Empowerment & Funding Support
Outstanding participants gain access to government and private sector funding opportunities to start or expand their businesses. This stage completes the cycle, empowering youths to become employers of labor.
