Program Overview

The Mentorship & Job Placement Program is a structured support system designed to help participants transition smoothly from training to the workforce.
Through this program, beneficiaries are paired with experienced mentors and given access to job opportunities, business networks, and professional development resources.

It builds confidence, nurtures talent, and creates a sustainable cycle of success — where today’s beneficiaries become tomorrow’s mentors.

Objectives

The program aims to:

Program Components

1. One-on-One Mentorship

Each participant is assigned a mentor — an experienced professional or entrepreneur within their field of training.
Mentors provide personalized guidance, share real-life experiences, and help mentees overcome career or business challenges.
Sessions cover topics such as personal development, business management, leadership, and goal setting.

2. Career Development Workshops

Participants attend workshops on:

• Career readiness and professional conduct

• Resume and portfolio building

• Effective communication and interview skills

• Networking and personal branding
  These sessions help beneficiaries gain the confidence and tools needed to compete successfully in the job market.

3. Internship & Job Placement Opportunities

Through partnerships with government agencies, private companies, NGOs, and startups, we provide internship and job placement opportunities tailored to participants’ areas of training.
We also connect them to freelance, remote, and project-based work opportunities — ensuring a flexible, diverse career pathway.

4. Entrepreneurship Mentorship

For participants who choose to start their own businesses, entrepreneurship-focused mentorship is provided.
Experts guide them through the process of business registration, financial management, customer acquisition, and digital marketing.
We also link them to startup funding or cooperative programs available through our empowerment network.

5. Alumni Network & Peer Support

Graduates automatically join the NASRDA / GBB Alumni Community, a vibrant network of innovators, professionals, and entrepreneurs who support one another through peer mentorship, collaborations, and shared business opportunities.
