Our Entrepreneurship Development Program is designed to nurture these qualities — equipping aspiring and existing entrepreneurs with the knowledge, mindset, and practical tools needed to start, grow, and sustain successful ventures.


Program Overview

The Entrepreneurship Development Program provides comprehensive training and mentorship to individuals who aspire to turn their ideas into viable businesses.
Through expert-led sessions, participants gain exposure to business planning, financial management, innovation, digital marketing, leadership, and access to funding opportunities.

Our goal is not only to create job seekers but job creators — individuals who drive innovation, generate employment, and contribute to national economic growth.


Objectives

The program aims to:

  • Equip participants with entrepreneurial and managerial skills for business success.

  • Promote innovation and problem-solving among young people and community leaders.

  • Foster a spirit of self-reliance and creativity in addressing local and global challenges.

  • Facilitate access to mentorship, startup capital, and business support services.

  • Support the establishment and scaling of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Nigeria and Africa.


Key Learning Areas

Participants will gain practical training in:

  • Business Ideation & Validation: Turning ideas into viable business models.

  • Business Planning & Management: Developing sustainable business plans and strategies.

  • Financial Literacy & Accounting: Managing business finances, pricing, and profitability.

  • Branding & Digital Marketing: Building strong brands and reaching customers online.

  • Customer Relations & Sales Strategy: Mastering customer engagement and retention.

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Understanding business registration, taxation, and intellectual property rights.

  • Access to Funding: Guidance on pitching to investors, applying for grants, and leveraging funding programs.


Program Structure

The Entrepreneurship Development Program runs in three phases:

  1. Training Phase:
    Interactive online and on-site workshops led by experienced trainers, business coaches, and industry leaders.

  2. Mentorship Phase:
    One-on-one coaching with seasoned entrepreneurs to provide personalized business guidance and feedback.

  3. Implementation & Support Phase:
    Participants receive ongoing support, networking opportunities, and may qualify for startup funding or grants to kickstart their ventures.

Certification

Participants who complete the full training and mentorship program will receive a Certificate of Completion from NASRDA / GBB Skill Empowerment Initiative, recognized by partner agencies and institutions.
